QMS Policy

We, are committed to establish and implement a climate where resources and quality processes are continuously enhanced by our Quality Management System (QMS) in order to meet our clients' expectations and needs. We have aligned our QMS with management systems to ISO 9001:2000 to achieve and satisfy our customer needs and quest for service excellence.

Our Management Team with their diverse experience assures a comprehensive, effective service tailored to meet our clients' needs. We are dedicated to ensure continuous improvement of internal/external policies and quality management systems. Corrective and preventative measures will be put in place and monitored regularly at Management review sessions. With above measures in place and maintained, we will deliver a high class service to our customers.

We are committed to Zero-harm philosophy towards our employees, clients and in projects we undertake. The prevention of incidents is a high priority to us. We are committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace where people are developed to the full extent of their abilities.

HSE Management

Managing health, safety and environment (HSE) risk and improving performance is underpinned by policies, strategies and standards de­veloped to deliver on those promises. We have a root cause analysis methodology that is used in the inves­tigation of all critical incidents.

Reporting

In order to ensure consistent and accurate reporting, we have specific tools that are aimed at recording injuries and high impact incidents. The same tool is rolled out in the projects we are involved in. To date, we have not recorded an injury in any of our clients' sites or projects.

HSE Integration

Our custom built a HSE (health, safety and environment) manage­ment system integrates all of our health, safety and environment standards into industry practices. We continue to monitor our performance against industry standard
