Igoda Projects through its Joint Venture with Fluor, have been providing site-based engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) services at Engen Refinery, Sapref and Transnet. EPCM has been offered through FluorIgoda partnership that began in 2006.

In 2010, Igoda Projects established a new division,  independent from FluorIgoda, named Igoda Industrial Division (IID). IID looks after private sector specialising in the complete EPCM service offering. This division is equipped with expertise experi­ence to service industrial customers in various sectors.

IID as an independent division provides Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management Services specializing mainly in the Energy, Mining and Petrochemical industries. IID team has the experience and have acquired best practices from the relationship acquired in petrochemical projects. We boasts technical capability, project management a implementation skills  that is rare and hard to find in South Africa and Africa.
